You can now view your utility bill account information or pay your bill online. In order to use the online payment option for your utility bill you will need the following:
?Last Name or Business Name
?Utility Account Number (example: 000000-000). Your account number is located on the top left or bottom right of your utility bill, after the words "Customer Number". If you need help in determining your account number, please call (310) 605-5524.
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DISCONNECTION NOTICE OR YOUR WATER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FOR NON-PAYMENT, MAKE YOUR PAYMENT THEN CALL OUR OFFICE AT 310-605-5524 AND NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE THAT A PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
NOTICE: SERVICES DISCONNECTED FOR NON-PAYMENT WILL NOT BE RESTORED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY IF THE OVERDUE AMOUNT IS PAID AFTER 3:00 P.M.
A 2.75% SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO THE TOTAL PAYMENT AMOUNT WHEN PAYING ONLINE.
