The Rehabilitation Programs consist of the Fix-It Repair Grant, Emergency Assistance Program, and Deferred Equity Loan. These programs assist low income households and the property must be a single-family residence located within the city limits to qualify.The Residential Rehabilitation Program is limited to the availability of Federal funds; as a result, applications will not be accepted after May 15, 2012 or until available funds have been exhausted.
The Agency has exhausted its current budget allocation for Fiscal Year 2011-2012.
The Agency will be accepting new applications effective July 1, 2012.
