The City of Compton (City) and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Compton (Agency) invite qualified for-profit and/or nonprofit developers (Development Partners) with extensive experience in single-family and/or multi-family real estate acquisitions, dispositions, rehabilitation, or development to submit their qualifications for the Agency’s Acquisition, Rehabilitation, Rental, Resale (ARRR) Program under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
