Public Statement - New City Council Meeting Remote Resources for Residents

Compton, CA – The City has made new services available for residents to participate in the City Council meeting remotely.

Effective today, the City is following the CDC 10-person gathering limit. Therefore the City is inviting the public to watch the meeting live on Channel 36 or view it online, in lieu of attending in-person.

To view online, simply go to the website, hover over the elected officials tab, click “agendas, meetings and minutes in the right column, and then click “live video”.

At tonight’s Council meeting, there will be a COVID-19 update and the Council will consider additional policies to address COVID-19 locally.
