Kaiser Permanente has temporarily closed select medical offices. Other offices are limiting services during the COVID-19 outbreak.
The health and safety of our members is always our top priority. In an effort to limit additional exposure to COVID-19 throughout the community, we have decided to temporarily close or limit services. By doing this, we are able to coordinate care and combine much-needed medical equipment and staff while still providing high-quality care to our members.
We are still here to care for you. To get information about other locations, online care (e-visit), or to schedule a phone or video visit, use our mobile app, visit kp.org, or call (833) 574-2273 (TTY 711).
If you have a prescription waiting to be picked up at one of the closed locations, you can get your prescription filled at any Kaiser Permanente pharmacy. For mail-order pharmacy, use the Kaiser Permanente mobile app, visit kp.org or call (866) 206-2982.
