SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAM The Senior Citizen’s Division of the City’s Recreation Department is housed in the Dollarhide Neighborhood Center. It operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A variety of programs and services are available for senior citizens 55 years of age and older.
The Dollarhide Neighborhood Center is a multi-purpose facility under the administration of the City’s Recreation Department. It operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. which fluctuates with seasonal activities. This facility provides educational, cultural, social and recreation programs for City residents between the ages of 3 and 103. These programs include bilingual education, braille independent living, child day care, family health care, intergenerational programs and senior citizen services.
