06-02 Transportation Enhancement Projects This project is to provide new streetscape medians, landscaping enhancements to improve traffic safety.
06-02A Alondra Blvd. Transportation Enhancement Project Landscape and streetscape improvements on Alondra Boulevard between State Route 710 Freeway & Alameda Street.
06-02B Blueline Transportation Enhancement Project Blueline Light Rail Transit Improvements – Intersection of Artesia and Acacia Boulevard
06-02C Central Ave. Transportation Enhancement Project This project is to provide new streetscape medians, landscaping enhancements to improve traffic safety on Central Avenue.
06-02W Willowbrook Transportation Enhancement Project Landscape and streetscape improvements on Willowbrook Avenue from Oris Street to Greenleaf Boulevard
06-04 MLK
Transit Center Expansion This project is to expand the center at least 10,000 square feet. Also included is the provision of an electric vehicle charging station, compressed natural gas (CNG) station, bicycle storage, and support facilities for the City’s transit operational and maintenance facilities.
06-06 Traffic Signal Upgrade & Management This project is to assess the City’s traffic signals including the poles and software that controls the signals timing and lights. This assessment will provide a guide for the rehabilitation and replacement of approximately one-third of the City‘s over one hundred traffic signals. This upgrade will also provide the capacity to connect with the overall county wide traffic management plan.
06-07 Traffic Signal Installation Palmer & Willow The project is to construct a new traffic signal at this location. This intersection has a high volumn of pedestrian traffic and is located near a school.
06-10 STPL Overlay-Bullis Rd, El Segundo, Alondra, Artesia & Alameda This project is to rehabilitate the roads that are in an advanced state of disrepair.
06-11 Safe Route to Schools This work is to provide improved pedestrian safety for the following schools: Longfellow Elementary (Reeve St at Central Ave.), Washington Elementary (Rosecrans Ave. at Kemp Ave), Mayo Elementary (Chester Ave. at Rosecrans Ave), and Roosevelt Middle (Alondra Blvd. at Burris Ave).
06-12 Golf Course Rehabilitation This project is to replace the putting greens and provide a short driving range of about 100 yards.
06-13 Artesia Blvd. Enhancements This project is to add new street landscaping, medians, and include repavement of the road.
06-14 Compton Blvd Medians To improve the traffic safety at 3 – 4 major intersections on Compton
Boulevard.
06-15 Long Beach Blvd Hazardous Elimination System (HES) To improve the traffic safety at 3 – 4 major intersections on Long Beach Boulevard.
06-17 Caldwell Street Pump The installation of a detention pump at Hemingway Park on Caldwell Street.
07-01 Richland Farms ROW Improvements Provide and improve drainage, curb and gutters (no sidewalks).
07-02 Quad Gates – Elm St., Compton Blvd., Greenleaf Blvd., Myrrh St., Alondra Blvd. To improve heavy pedestrian crossing in the Central area of the City at the Compton Boulevard Blueline.
07-03 Gonzales Park Improvements This project will improve the grading and drainage problems at Gonzales Park.
07-08 Raymond Street Park Rehabilitation This project will provide security lights for the Bicycle Path along Compton Creek.
