In Collaboration with Councilman Jonathan Bowers, 3rd District and PACE, we will be hosting an application assistance event for residents of Compton to aid in repayment of any unpaid water bills (review chart below for income qualification).

PACE staff will be on scene to qualify interested residents, assist with completion and submission of the application, and answer any questions related to this federally funded grant.

ABOUT: LIHWAP is a federally funded program that offers a one- time payment to help you pay your current or past due water or wastewater bills up to $15,000. LIHWAP is a one-time grant that does not have to be repaid.
