The Five-Year Consolidated Plan is part of the City’s grant application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  The plan establishes a framework of housing, community and economic development priorities for Compton’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) over the next five years. The One-year Action Plan then allocates funding to specific programs and projects for a given year. The Action Plan will appropriate CDBG and HOME funds to specific programs and projects for the 2025-2029 fiscal year.  The City anticipates receiving approximately $1,340,424 in CDBG funding and $423,959.31 in HOME funding to implement programs and projects that benefit low- and moderate-income residents.
