We’re looking for motivated residents to help make Compton shine. Join the Clean Team and take pride in improving our city by picking up litter, beautifying neighborhoods, and keeping our community looking its best. This program is funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and offers a great opportunity to make a positive impact while gaining valuable work experience.

Qualifications:

• Compton residents only
• Ages 18 to 25
• Must qualify as low-to-moderate income
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background checks and a physical
